Hotel Saturnia & International Venice

We loved the central location of the hotel, just a short walk from San Marco Terminal. The architectural style of the historical building was captivating. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the limited breakfast options and occasional noise from the courtyard, we still had a pleasant stay.

Visited during Christmas and had a wonderful time. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the main sights and attractions. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, great to relax after a long day of exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and recommendations.

Noisy Street & Uncomfortable Bed. One downside was the noise from the street.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of a designer shopping district, with all the attractions within walking distance, and just a stone's throw from the Doge's palace. We arrived by water taxi, entering the hotel via a delightful small canal. The room was immaculate with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spotless with quality complimentary toiletries. Breakfast each day was lovely in a beautiful atrium. The staff was always professional and helpful, adding to our experience.

We were disappointed by the lack of a kettle in the room.

As youngsters, we loved the central location and the proximity to all the top-end shops. The hotel's old building with antique displays and artwork created a unique and charming atmosphere. The friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff and reception/concierge, were always eager to help and provided great tips on local eateries and getting around the city. The spacious rooms with luxurious Rituals bath products added to our comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of both savory and sweet options like eggs and bacon, fresh vegetables and fruit, pancakes, and croissants.

Felt like VIPs during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble for the staff.

The hotel provides a convenient way of arrival and departure through water taxis, with helpful staff readily available to assist with luggages. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the streets. The breakfast offers a variety of tasty, continental options, which are served promptly by the attentive staff. A great stay for a visit to the city that surrounds the hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Saturnia for 3 nights and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with all the luxury shopping stores just steps away. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The daily breakfast included a wide range of delicious options and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved the beautiful common areas and the convenience of private boat pick-up and drop-off. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, being centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions, smart restaurants, and the shopping center. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and recommendations of what to see and do in this beautiful city. From reception to room cleaners, everyone was professional and caring, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Another aspect that I appreciated was the wide range of amenities offered, such as room service, dry cleaning, and a well-equipped fitness center. Everything was provided with great attention to detail, ensuring enhanced comfort and quality services.

Located in a perfect spot, this hotel is just steps from major tourist areas, but still manages to offer a quiet atmosphere at night. The hotel provides direct access to a small canal, giving guests a unique view. Rooms are well-appointed, and the modern bathrooms are a standout feature. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, providing a wide variety of options to start the day.

The shower in some rooms could use an upgrade, as it seemed quite old and lacked a bath mat.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond with their hospitality, always ready to make arrangements or provide recommendations. My room was beautiful, complete with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. But what really made my stay special was the extra touches like the welcome drink and the delicious in-room breakfast.
